Important Traffic Information:
We are currently experiencing on-going construction work on a portion of S.R. 243. There is an official detour following I-70 and guests will need to exit off at the "Cloverdale - S.R. 231" turn right onto S.R. 42 until further notice.
From
Indianapolis and Points East ::
Take I-70 West past the Indianapolis Airport (for approximately 35 miles), passing the Greencastle/Cloverdale exit to the next exit, Exit #37 (State Road 243 for Putnamville). Turn left onto S.R. 243 south, approximately 5 miles (past Leiber State Park) to State Road 42. Turn right onto State Road 42 West, approximately 4 miles until you see a green Wasatch Lake sign indicating to turn to your left onto Owl Hollow Rd. Follow Owl Hollow Road south approximately 2 miles until you come to another Wasatch Lake sign indicating to turn to your left. Turn left onto Wasatch Lake Road, which is a gravel road. Follow the gravel road approximately ½ mile until you come to a fork in the road, (Barnes Lane is on your left). Bear right across a small stone bridge, you are now entering Wasatch Lake property. Follow this road ½ mile until you come to the entrance of Wasatch Lake, which will be on your left. Stop at the Farmhouse gate and sound your horn for the Caretakers to assist you.
From Lafayette, Chicago & Points North ::
Take I-65 South and at Lafayette follow Highway 231 South through Cloverdale to State Road 42 West. Turn right onto State Road 42 and follow it for approximately 9 miles until you come to a green Wasatch Lake sign indicating you to turn to your left. Turn left onto Owl Hollow Rd. Follow Owl Hollow Road south approximately 2 miles until you come to another Wasatch Lake sign indicating you to turn to your left. Turn left onto Wasatch Lake Road which is a gravel road. Follow the gravel road approximately ½ mile until you come to a fork in the road. Bear right across a small stone bridge (on your left is Barnes Lane), you are now entering Wasatch Lake property. Follow this road ½ mile until you come to the entrance of Wasatch Lake, which will be on your left. Stop at the Farmhouse gate and sound your horn for the Caretakers to assist you.
From Bloomington & Points South/Southeast ::
Take State Road 46 West through Spencer. Approximately 8 miles past Spencer, turn right onto Jordan Village Road. Follow Jordan Village Road approximately 5 miles, to the small town of Jordan. (This turns into Owl Hollow Rd.) Continue past Jordan, turn right onto Wasatch Lake Road which is a gravel road. Follow the gravel road approximately ½ mile until you come to a fork in the road. Bear right across a small stone bridge (on your left is Barnes Lane), you are now entering Wasatch Lake property. Follow this road ½ mile until you come to the entrance of Wasatch Lake, which will be on your left. Stop at the Farmhouse gate and sound your horn for the Caretakers to assist you.
From Terre Haute, St. Louis & Points West

Take I-70 East and take Exit 37 at Putnamville, IN. Turn right onto S.R. 243 south, approximately 5 miles (past Leiber State Park) to State Road 42. Turn right onto State Road 42 West, approximately 4 miles until you see a green Wasatch Lake sign indicating to turn to your left onto Owl Hollow Rd.
