Wasatch Lake is considered one of Indiana’s most desired getaway destination spots and it offers the most unique setting for that special day. The Long House Lodge at Wasatch Lake is a 9,000 square foot facility that can accommodate up to 200 guests and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dance floor, game area, large dock overlooking the lake, and a large meadow.
Wedding Rental Package
Wasatch Lake offers a Wedding Rental Package for $2,500.00 which includes the rental of our 9,000 square foot facility overlooks a 50 acre serene lake and “T” dock, a fully equipped kitchen for catering, and use of the Lodge’s large meadow for potential outdoor activities. The renting guest will have access to the lodge on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for set up and rehearsal. On the day of the event the lodge will be accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cleanup will be immediately afterwards from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. To reserve the lodge for a Wedding, a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining rental fee is due no later than 60 days before the scheduled event.
If cabin rentals are associated along with the renting of the Long House Lodge, a discount will be applied.
- Three Cabin rentals with the Lodge rental = 5% discount on the cabins
- Five or more Cabin rentals with the Lodge rental = 10% discount on the cabins
The Lodge also includes:
- Game Room with Pool Table
- Dance Floor for Events
- Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV
- Ping Pong, Chess, Checkers, and Fooseball
- Board Games and Puzzles
12% Indiana Sales Tax Not Included!! Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations can be made anytime within one year of Wedding date.
Cancellation Policy
60-Day Cancellation Policy: There will be no refund issued if booking is canceled 60 days or less prior to the date of the event.
COVID-19: We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Employees are using cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean cabins after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. We still ask that all guests practice Social Distancing while out at the Lake, but especially inside the Lodge. Please be mindful when using any of the items in the Lodge that hands are washed and clean. Our team will periodically wipe down all surfaces and high touched items throughout the day inside the Lodge.
