The Longhouse Lodge: A Place for Your Biggest Moments

Whether you are dreaming of a wedding surrounded by towering trees and shimmering water or planning your annual family reunion, there is something unmistakably special about gathering the people who matter most under one roof. Weddings, reunions, milestone birthdays and gatherings of every kind feel special inside this 9,000 square foot space, surrounded by quiet woods and a 50 acre private lake. With room to sleep up to 18 guests, the Lodge makes it easy to keep everyone close throughout the celebration.

Drift onto the wide porch to watch the water, relax in rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful view. A wooded meadow stretches out to the east for outdoor ceremonies, photos and games, while the large T-dock becomes a favorite spot for family fishing competitions.

Inside, the Lodge feels warm and welcoming. After a day of celebration, everyone naturally gathers around the large, indoor fireplace to share stories, sip something good and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with multiple gas stoves and refrigerators, makes hosting effortless whether you’re preparing a family-style meal or welcoming a caterer.

When you reserve the Lodge, this beautiful space becomes your family home for the weekend! Included in your rental you will find:

When the lodge is not reserved for a private event, it is open to all guests from 9AM until 9PM, Eastern Standard Time.

Access to the lodge loft and kitchen are reserved for private events only.

Pricing Breakdowns

  • By The Hour

    The Long House Lodge is available to rent by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours at a rate of $200 per hour from April 1 – October 31, or $175 per hour from November 1 – March 31.

    Full Property (Friday-Saturday, 2 Night Minimum)

    When the Lodge is rented for a private party, family reunion or corporate retreat in addition to all 7 cabins, you will have access to the Lodge 24/7 as well as sleeping accommodations for 18 in the Lodge Loft.

    (Includes All 7 Cabins)

    April 1 – May 31: $8,500

    June 1 – August 31: $9,000

    September 1 – October 31: $8,500

    November 1 – March 30: $7,000

    We set aside cabin availability for full property weddings, but these dates will not be visible on our online calendar.
