The Longhouse Lodge: A Place for Your Biggest Moments

Whether you are dreaming of a wedding surrounded by towering trees and shimmering water or planning your annual family reunion, there is something unmistakably special about gathering the people who matter most under one roof. Weddings, reunions, milestone birthdays and gatherings of every kind feel special inside this 9,000 square foot space, surrounded by quiet woods and a 50 acre private lake. With room to sleep up to 18 guests, the Lodge makes it easy to keep everyone close throughout the celebration.

Drift onto the wide porch to watch the water, relax in rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful view. A wooded meadow stretches out to the east for outdoor ceremonies, photos and games, while the large T-dock becomes a favorite spot for family fishing competitions.

Inside, the Lodge feels warm and welcoming. After a day of celebration, everyone naturally gathers around the large, indoor fireplace to share stories, sip something good and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with multiple gas stoves and refrigerators, makes hosting effortless whether you’re preparing a family-style meal or welcoming a caterer.

When you reserve the Lodge for overnight accommodations, this beautiful space becomes your family home for the weekend! Included in your rental you will find:

Guest Access

When the Lodge is not reserved for a private event, it is available to all cabin guests from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. During these hours, the Lodge kitchen is closed and food is not permitted in the Lodge unless the Lodge has been privately reserved in advance. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult and all pets must be on a leash and kept off the furniture.

Wasatch Lake reserves the right to rent the Lodge for private events at any time, and therefore Lodge access is not a guaranteed amenity for cabin guests.

Pricing Breakdown

  • By The Hour

    The Longhouse Lodge is available to rent by the hour with a minimum rental requirement of 4 hours. The overnight accommodations in the Lodge Loft are not included in an hourly rental.

    • April 1 – October 31: $200 per hour

    • November 1 – March 31: $175 per hour

    Full Property

    When the Full Property is reserved, in addition to 24/7 access to the Longhouse Lodge and sleeping accommodations for 18 in the Lodge Loft, Guest will also have exclusive use of all 7 cabins, the 50 acre lake and all 400 acres of the property beginning at 4pm on day of check-in and ending at 11am on day of check-out.

    (Pricing for two weekend nights: Friday -Saturday)

    April 1 – October 31: $8,500

    November 1 – March 30: $6,500

    Lodge & Loft Only

    When the Lodge is rented for a private event, Guest has exclusive access to the Lodge 24/7 as well as sleeping accommodations for 18 in the Lodge Loft.

    November 1 – March 31: $3,500

  • In the unlikely event the client should cancel for any reason all payments are nonrefundable. Upon cancellation, any remaining balance will STILL BE OWED and due, per the payment agreement in the rental contract.
