  • The following prices reflect two nights in each of our 7 cabins, and access to the Lodge from Friday at 4pm until Sunday at 11am. Accommodates a maximum of 100 guests.

    April 1 – May 31: $9,000

    June 1 – August 31: $9,500

    September 1 – October 31: $9,000

    November 1 – March 31: $7,500

    We set aside cabin availability for full property weddings, but these dates will not be visible on our online calendar.

    • 50 Acre Lake

    • Overnight Accommodations for a Maximum of 60 Guests

    • Access to the Long House Lodge and Loft from Friday at 4pm until Sunday at 11am

    • Sleeping Space for 18 Guests in Lodge Loft

      • 2 Queen Beds in the Founder’s Suite

      • 2 Queen Beds in the Foxglove Suite

      • 8 Twin Beds in the Common Area

      • 1 Pullout Couch in the Common Area

    • Friday and Saturday Nights in Each of our 7 Fully Furnished Cabins, Cabins Collectively Sleep Maximum of 42 Guests

    • Tables and Natural Wood Resin Chairs with White Pad for Up to 100 Reception Guests

  • By The Hour

    The Long House Lodge is available to rent by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours at a rate of $200 per hour from April 1 – October 31, or $175 per hour from November 1 – March 31.

    Full Property

    When the Lodge is rented for a private party, family reunion or corporate retreat in addition to all 7 cabins, you will have access to the Lodge 24/7 as well as sleeping accommodations for 18 in the Lodge Loft.

    (Includes All 7 Cabins Friday-Saturday nights, 2 Night Minimum)

    April 1 – May 31: $8,000

    June 1 – August 31: $8,500

    September 1 – October 31: $8,000

    November 1 – March 30: $6,500

    Lodge & Loft Only (Friday -Saturday, 2 Night Minimum)

    When the Lodge is rented for a private party, family reunion, or corporate retreat and you reserve fewer than all 7 cabins, you will have access to the Lodge 24/7 as well as sleeping accommodations for 18 in the Lodge Loft.

    April 1 – May 31: $4,000 ($2000/night)

    June 1 – August 31: $4,500 ($2250/night)

    September 1 – October 31:$4,000 ($2000/night)

    November 1 – March 30:$3,000 ($1500/night)

  • In the unlikely event the client should cancel for any reason all payments are nonrefundable. Upon cancellation, any remaining balance will STILL BE OWED and due, per the payment agreement in the rental contract.
